Carefreeparking Group, is acting as an agent for the various airport parking services/suppliers which offer airport parking on the basis described below.

Parking Agreement
Carefreeparking is an agent for the car-parking supplier/provider. Your car-parking contract is made with the car-parking supplier concerned, on its own terms and conditions. Each car-parking supplier will generally accept responsibility for its own negligence and will maintain an insurance policy accordingly. It will not accept responsibility for the acts of any third party and neither will it accept responsibility for your car or anything in it, which is covered by any other insurance policy. Each car-parking supplier's terms and conditions are exhibited at each car park or are available on request.

Car Parking suppliers will disclaim any liability, if you do not notify them of any loss or damage to your vehicle BEFORE you leave the car park.

Airport car parking suppliers do not accept liability for the following:

  • Loose items or articles not otherwise permanently affixed to the vehicle.
  • Damage to windscreen or windows.
  • Mechanical or electrical defects to the vehicle, as these can arise at any time.
  • Hire charges or hotel charges, however so incurred.
  • Personal possessions left in the vehicle.

Some car-parking suppliers extend their own insurance, on payment of an additional premium, to include cover for some matters for which they would not normally accept liability. In such cases Carefreeparking Group encourage you to take this extra insurance, details of which may be available at the relevant local car park reception.

Car parking suppliers may require you to use alternative car parks to the ones indicated, particularly at peak periods this may not be brought to your attension unless asked for. Carefreeparking suggest that this information is requested upon arrival at the relevant local car parking suppliers premises or upon meeting a representative of the local car parking supplier.

It is important that you keep your car parking receipt safe whilst on holiday. Local car parking suppliers have a lien for all charges due and will only release your car on production of this receipt or payment of the appropriate amount. Pre-paid car parking is valid and bound by the initially requested booking dates and terms and conditions. Any breach in this agreement may result in you being charged by the local car parking supplier.

Call Carefreeparking on Tel. No. 0845-521-3240 or book on Line at http://carefreeparking.co.uk You must notify Carefreeparking immediatly of any change in your holiday or flight details once you have made the booking.

Car Parking Vouchers
All customers/clients will be issued with a car-parking voucher supplied from Carefreeparking. This voucher will be sent prior to departure from the UK. All Carefreeparking vouchers are pre-paid and must be printed and surrendered to the pre-booked car-parking supplier, at the time of delivery of your vehicle.

Large Vehicles inc Trailors
Any vehicle larger than a regular car parking space, ie Vans, Trucks, Caravans and Trailers etc may not be accepted. Car Parking suppliers reserve the right to refuse entry if you do not follow this procedure.

Payment
All payments must be completed online through either Paypal or RBS WorldPay Services these include :- ( Visa, Barclaycard, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, Switch. Amex is not a valid form of payment.) Cheques or Cash will NOT be accepted.

Cancellations and Amendments Charges
Cancellations must be made in writing and will take affect from the date received by Carefreeparking. No cancellations will be accepted verbally.

All bookings are subject to cancellation charges per car as follows:

  • Cancellation Fee: £5.00 per vehicle up to 72 hours prior to your date of departure
  • Cancellation Fee: Within 72 hour, a credit note will be issued to the value of your booking(s)
  • Credit notes issued will only be valid for 6 months

Any changes made to a booking will be subject to amendment charges as follows:

  • Outside of 3 days of first parking date: any additional cost of parking.
  • Within 3 days of first parking date: £5.00 administration fee and any additional cost of parking.

Complaints Procedure
Carefreeparking Group are willing to consider complaints on your behalf, complaints must be made in writing to the address at the top of this document. Any related documents must also be sent with the complaint including receipts. Contact will be made with the relevant car parking supplier.
